SPEAKER BIO

Ms. Grace Wang, graduated with EMBA from Tsinghua University. She is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Luxshare Group.

Grace has worked at Shekou Sanyo between 1984-1986, and worked at the Cable subsidiary BU of Taiwan Hon Hai since 1988 for nearly a decade before starting her own company in 1997. She has invested in Luxshare Limited with her brother in 1999, and has been acting as the Chairman of Luxshare-ICT since 2004. 

Grace has been working as an entrepreneur for nearly 30 years, and has always stayed at the forefront of the market, so that she could fully understood market demand and customers' pain points. She is particularly good at identifying potential opportunities and risks.  Under her leadership, the senior management team continuously refine company strategy and plan for the future, as a result, the company enjoyed rapid growth over the years. As a high-tech precision intelligent manufacturing enterprise, Grace places great importance on R&D and innovation, where the company continues to invest heavily in research and development, and invest for the future.  

The company has evolved from a traditional cable and connector manufacturer to module design and development and became a holistic system solution provider. Its product portfolio covers Consumer Electronics, Communication and Automotive. Example products include smartphones, watch, audio equipment, AR/VR, LiDAR, wire harness, sensor, smart interior etc.. Company also has high level vertical integration capability, providing one stop shop for customers. Grace believes the people are core to our success, and works hard to build a culture of excellence, where people are treated as part of the big family, yet are fully empowered to make decisions and do what’s best for the company.  

For the past decade, the company grew at a CAGR of close to 60%. In 2024, under Grace’s leadership, Luxshare Group’s (including non-public companies) revenue is expected to reach 450B CNY ($64B).  

Grace’s leadership and social contribution has been widely recognized by the public. Among them, Forbes China named Grace first place on China's Outstanding Businesswomen in 2024, three years in a role. The Fortune magazine named Grace the first place in 2024 China’s Most Influential Businesswomen. Forbes named Grace as the best CEO in China in 2024.
